With an undergraduate degree in Biosciences and a passion for GIS and Programming, I am aiming to build bridges between disciplines - my main focus could be described with the term Biogeoinformatics.

Recently I completed my Master’s in Marine Environmental Sciences working on the implementation of ecological analyzing techniques using Web Processing Services, with the objective to enable optimized workflows for data analysis within Ecology and Environmental Sciences by standardizing methods and with the use of OGC Standards.

My fascination with marine life has always been one of the major drivers of not only choosing my career path but also for many decisions considering my personal development. I'm always looking for opportunities, that allow me to incorporate this passion for the ocean into new interesting projects.
