I'm currently a doctoral candidate in the department of Oceanography at the University of Cape Town. My background is in Earth science focusing on Climatology, and Biology. I'm interested in how the physical environment influences marine biological systems on the large scale, e.g. the link between climate, ocean circulation and marine biogeography. My current research involves modelling the dispersal of coral larvae by ocean currents, and how this may alter with climate change.
