Activities
Project Coordinator, Restauration of ecosystem services and adaptation to climate change (RESCCUE), Secretariat of the Pacific Community (SPC, New Caledonia):
Mission: coordinate the implementation of a 5-year, 6.5 million € project aiming at increasing the resilience of Pacific people and ecosystems facing climate change.
Key functions:
• Design and supervise project activities in Fiji, French Polynesia, New Caledonia and Vanuatu, as well as at the regional level;
• Negotiate agreements and contracts with public and private project partners;
• Fundraise from a variety of donors to secure co-financing;
• Ensure appropriate technical and financial reporting to donors and steering committee members;

- Country experience: Africa (Egypt, Kenya, Madagascar, Mali, Mauritius, Morocco, Seychelles, Tanzania), Asia (Lebanon, Indonesia, Pakistan), Europe (Croatia, France), Latin America (Costa Rica, Venezuela), Pacific (Fiji, French Polynesia, New Caledonia, Vanuatu).
