The mission of CRWR is to: * serve as the central focus for environmental and water resources research at the University; * communicate the results of its advanced research to government, industry, and other educational institutions; * work with other agencies and institutions in Texas to solve the State's complex water problems: * act as a regional center for water-related research, education, planning, and practical design; * share relevant experience and provide support to graduate students of the University by involving them in applied research
