Partners In Education Roatan (PIER) empowers Bay Islands educators with advanced pedagogy skills through a nationally recognized teach-the-teacher program, inspiring students and strengthening the foundation of quality education. PIER aims to be the leading provider of advanced pedagogy training for Bay Islands educators committed to transforming teaching practices, fostering innovation, and enhancing learning outcomes through strategic collaboration with the Ministry of Education, government entities, NGOs, communities, educators, parents, and students. PIER also focuses on integrating ocean literacy into school curricula and promoting the Blue Schools program to cultivate environmental stewardship and a deeper connection to marine ecosystems.
