5th Meeting of the Coastal Inundation Forecasting Demonstration Project Steering Group
Summary
The Fifth Meeting of the Coastal Inundation Forecasting Demonstration Project (CIFDP) Steering Group will be held at the conference room 7L, Headquarters of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), Geneva, Switzerland, from 13 to 15 May 2014.
During the meeting, the PSG will:
- Review progress of ongoing National Sub-Projects in Bangladesh (CIFDP-B), Fiji(CIFDP-F), Dominican Republic (CIFDP-DR) and Indonesia(CIFDP-I), against the CIFDP Implementation Plan (JCOMM Technical Report No.64) and the respective project plans;
- Review needs and requirements for new initiatives and activities, upon requests;
- Review and revise where necessary the Project Concept and Implementation Plan;
- Review the Group's Terms of Reference (ToR) and membership and make recommendation for future revision, as necessary.
